At Kieth Amora, we strive to deliver the best and create a satisfying, unique experience for every customer. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer exchanges to ensure you receive the quality you trusted us with.

We guarantee a full refund within 8–10 working days for all orders that fall under any of the cases mentioned below:

Changed your mind before billing?

Not a problem. We respect your choice and ensure a refund for any cancellations made before billing.

What if my order goes out of stock?

If an ordered item is no longer in stock, we will initiate a refund to keep your experience hassle-free.

Placed an order but it failed quality check?

Quality always comes before quantity for us. Every product undergoes a final inspection before dispatch. If an order fails the quality check, a full refund will be initiated for the affected items.

Can I exchange fresh as well as discounted products?

Yes. Kieth Amora accepts exchanges for both fresh and discounted products under the conditions mentioned below.

What if I receive the wrong size?

Price for size. We offer easy exchanges for customers facing size-related issues with their delivered items.

What if I’m not fully satisfied with my purchase?

Every product is special, but if you are unhappy with the colour or style, we provide an easy exchange to ensure you receive a product that suits your needs.

What if I receive a defective or wrong product?

All defective or incorrectly delivered products are guaranteed for exchange.

How to Exchange or Return a Product

To ensure a simple and transparent exchange or return process, please email your request to support@kiethamora.com
 or contact us at +91 9667622833 within 7 days from the date of receiving your order. Our team will assist you with the next steps at the earliest. Once we receive the returned product, confirmation will be shared to avoid delays.

Terms & Conditions

All exchange requests for wrong or defective products made within 48 hours will be handled with utmost efficiency. Requests made after 48 hours are subject to denial.

Exchanges are applicable against products priced similar to or higher than the originally purchased item. If the exchanged product is priced lower, the difference amount will be refunded to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, customers will be required to share their bank account details to process the refund.

Products must be returned in their original condition along with bills, tags, and packaging. Failure to do so may result in denial of the exchange or return.

Exchange requests for store-purchased products will be handled at the store, while online purchases will be handled online.

Reverse pick-ups will be arranged by Kieth Amora only in cases of wrong or defective products. For all other exchange or return requests, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Once the returned product passes our quality check, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, customers must provide valid bank account details to receive the refund.

All exchange requests will be initiated within 24–48 hours after the returned shipment reaches us and successfully clears quality inspection.
