At Kieth Amora, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued and the process applicable to such refunds.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are applicable only under the following circumstances:

Order Cancellation Before Billing
If an order is cancelled prior to billing or processing, the customer will be eligible for a full refund.

Out-of-Stock Items
In the event that an item becomes unavailable or out of stock after an order has been placed, a full refund will be initiated for the affected item(s).

Order Failing Quality Check
All products undergo a final quality inspection prior to dispatch. If an order fails to meet our quality standards during this inspection, it will not be shipped and a full refund will be initiated for the concerned item(s).

Refund Method & Timelines


Approved refunds will be processed within 8–10 working days from the date of confirmation.

Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers will be required to provide valid bank account details to facilitate the refund process.

Kieth Amora shall not be responsible for delays caused due to banking processes or third-party payment gateways.

Important Notes

Refunds will be initiated only after internal verification and confirmation by the Kieth Amora team.

Refund requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined above may be declined at the sole discretion of Kieth Amora.

Kieth Amora reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
